Today is a great day to celebrate love across all species. We’re talking about the big love that’s all-inclusive! So, let’s give a warm hug to our favorite human and animal-citizen companions.

Let’s begin the show with a unique friendship between a duck-person and dog-citizen. Meet Mo and Oreo! “Mo and Oreo are sort of best friends. Wherever Oreo goes, Mo goes. They love to play on the straw bales in the barn and look after each other. They care about each other. Oreo protects Mo big time. Oreo is fast asleep. Mo will come over and they also sort of groom.”

It makes me feel warm inside, too, when I see the love between animal-individuals! We can’t wait to show you this next duo, Colton and Willow! “When she saw Willow being born, it was complete fascination of who this little one was. What do you think, Colton? Is that your playmate? Oh my goodness! See, who is that? Who’s next to Olive? I just think she was saying, ‘Who is this? I want to go give her a kiss!’ A lot of people don’t really connect the fact that farm animals are very much the same personalities as your dogs and cats and they all want to love and play. And these two, I think it’s taught a lot of people the gentleness. The gentleness of farm animals.”

Have you ever met a pig-individual who thinks he’s a cat-person? Wait until you meet Dragonlord and his spicy pal Sriracha. “Dragonlord was raised by cats. We rescued him, and we’d keep him in the house. It gets chilly at night. He’s too little to be outside. We had a cat named Sriracha. She was a foster kitten. And she was a wobbly cat. We had a little bed set out and he [Dragonlord] would snuggle up on his little bed. Sriracha started wobbling up onto the bed with the piglet, and she would start cleaning the baby! He [Dragonlord] was sassy from the very beginning. He was fire, spitting fire. But he really gentled his demeanor when it came to Sriracha. She would have seizures occasionally due to her congenital issue. And Dragon just knew. He would get in bed and just lay with her. It was an amazing friendship. It was an amazing thing to witness.”

On this Valentine’s Day, let’s not only celebrate the love we have with our human companions. Let’s love BIGGER! Today, how about we declare our love for all humans and animal-people across the planet by going VEGAN!
