In Shining World Compassion Award News from Paraguay…

Fiorella Migliore is a gifted individual who uses her skills and talents for the greater good of all. In addition to being a model and actress, Ms. Migliore is a committed vegan. It was in changing her diet to a vegan one that she overcame personal health challenges and began to thrive. Since adopting this compassionate lifestyle, Ms. Migliore has become a vegan activist, plant-based chef and helped produce a documentary called “From Paraguay, With Love” to inform the masses about the virtues of the vegan diet.

“It touches on very heavy topics for a country that lives off this, you understand, the agribusiness and livestock industry is heavy, you understand. It’s dark; it’s not nice to even think about it, looking for information, going to interview people, going into slaughterhouses; it was not rosy at all. It is like this; it is very dark information, and you have to know how to tell it with love, because it is the only way that you are going to open hearts, right?”

Touched by Fiorella’s dedication to showing the truth to the public, our Esteemed Supreme Master Ching Hai offered the Shining World Compassion Award to Fiorella Migliore “with all love, respect, and best wishes for your continued success.”

Our Association members in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, joyfully presented the Award letter, crystalline plaque, Master’s publications and DVDs to Ms. Migliore.

“It is with great admiration and gratitude that we present to you the ‘Shining World Compassion Award’ for raising awareness about how food choices impact the environment and health. Working with Award-winning vegan producer Kip Anderson, you produced the documentary ‘From Paraguay, With Love’ to inform citizens what you put on your plate has a direct impact on the Gran Chaco Forest, the second-largest jungle in South America next to the Amazon. This Award is presented in recognition of your courageous stance, following your heart to reveal the truth and awaken the nation.”

Fiorella was grateful to receive the award.

“So, for me, it is like a kind of pat on my back from Supreme Master Ching Hai, and I thank Her infinitely, because I know that She is a person that everything She does, She does it from each of Her cells, from each part of the Heavenly makeup of Her being. I know that this has so much meaning for me really, and I will share it with the team to give them strength. And I am sure that this is going to be a true blessing and that She is praying for us and for this documentary and that She is praying for the planet every second of Her life with Her actions really, not only in Her meditation but with Her actions on a day-to-day basis. Thanks to the whole team, thanks to the entire planet that is working for the light, for love, for animals, for compassion, for making this Earth what we change, right? To reverse and return to Earth all the love that it is giving to us every day. So, thank you; I carry it in my heart, and I am going to put it, to remind me, and to see this every day, so that it gives me Master’s pat and Her hug to my soul which She is giving me now with this. Thank you all, really.”

Our heartfelt congratulations, Fiorella Migliore, and the entire team working on the “From Paraguay, With Love” documentary. May the Providence forever bless and safeguard you and your loved ones, and may we turn our precious planet into a beautiful haven for all future generations.

For the full presentation of the Shining World Compassion Award to the Fiorella Migliore, please tune in to our Shining World Awards program at a later date.

Growing evidence shows COVID-19 infections associated with hearing problems.

A review of 56 studies by the United Kingdom’s University of Manchester and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Manchester Biomedical Research Centre scientists determined that the viral illness is strongly linked with causing auditory as well as balance issues. The data showed the total prevalence of hearing loss was 7.6%, tinnitus 14.8% and vertigo 7.2% among COVID-19 patients. The data’s sources were primarily self-reported questionnaires and medical records as opposed to hearing tests, and the University of Manchester’s Professor Kevin Munro, who participated in the review, advocated for a more thorough clinical and diagnostic study to understand the long-term effects of COVID-19 on the auditory system. Our appreciation, Professor Kevin Munro and research team, for your valuable work providing insights on the coronavirus’s impacts on hearing. We pray for the health of all people worldwide and that the pandemic soon passes in God’s mercy.

Up next, one of the world’s biggest floating solar farms opens offshore of Singapore. We’ll just pause to thank the calibration technicians who inspect, test and maintain electrical, mechanical or electro- mechanical instruments and equipment to make sure they conform to industry standards in terms of their measurement accuracy. We’ll be right back, with more forward-thinking news on Supreme Master Television.

Hallo, beautiful friends, I’m Leea the vegan Spectacled Langur, and others think I am so smart, that’s because I am vegan. It’s scientifically proven, well you know it already. So go ahead, go vegan, be smart! I have a tip on how to clean your glass stovetop. First, make sure the surface has cooled off before starting any work. In a spray bottle, combine 240 milliliters of hot water with 240 milliliters of distilled white vinegar. Then add 2.5 milliliters of a dishwashing liquid that’s effective on grease. Shake the ingredients together to mix well. Spray the cleaner on the cooktop and let it sit for a minute or two to allow time for the ingredients to cut through the grease. Use a non-scratch sponge to wipe down the entire stovetop using circular motions. Next, rinse the sponge with clean water. Then sponge away any remaining cleaner to prevent it from baking or burning onto the glass later. The final step is to buff the surface dry using a dry microfiber cloth. This material won’t leave behind any lint or streaks. Thank you for tuning in. And love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. Now, the weather around our beautiful globe.

Singapore opens one of world’s largest floating solar farms.

Leading Singaporean solar developer Sunseap Group’s newly completed 5-megawatt floating photovoltaic system will feed slightly over 6 million kilowatt-hours of energy into the national grid each year—enough to power about 1,500 households – helping Singapore offset approximately 4,258 metric tons of carbon pollution annually. Situated in the Strait of Johor between Singapore and Malaysia, the floating farm includes 13,312 solar panels anchored to the ocean floor with concrete blocks and stabilized by a tension system. Solutions like floating energy platforms can help save land space and prevent system overheating as the ocean water naturally cools the electrical components. Nice work, Sunseap Group, and thanks for bringing our planet a step closer to zero emissions. In Celestial light, may everyone soon practice gentle treatment of our world for the benefit of all co-inhabitants.

New Zealand encourages healthy eating with free fruit and veggies for youth.

New Zealand has expanded its Fruit and Vegetables in Schools program that gives one piece of fruit or vegetable per day to schoolchildren. Now 562 primary schools are served nationwide, which includes 124,000 students and staff. The program started in 2004, has expanded since then and is helping increase the children's interest in fruit and vegetables. Over 24 different varieties of produce are served throughout the year, depending on seasonality, with 27 million servings to be provided in 2021. New Zealand is a recipient of Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion and Peace, and a laureate of two Shining World Leadership Awards for Climate-Change Mitigation, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Earth Conservation, Earth Protection, Earth Guardian, and Earth Restoration. Way to go, New Zealand, for your wonderful program to encourage healthful eating by your beautiful young people. In the Love of Heaven, may they grow into healthy young adults and live lives of dignity and peace.

Emergency services dispatcher assists woman in labor over phone.

Kristin Sebris of St. Lucie County, Florida, United States, received an emergency call from a woman having contractions in the early morning. Ms. Sebris, who was eight months pregnant herself at the time, shared the feeling of the distressed woman in labor. She used her training to keep the mother calm and aided her in delivering a baby girl safely during the four-minute phone call. The dispatcher gave step-by-step instructions to the mother’s friend on how to clean the newborn and keep the pair warm. The fire district informed Ms. Sebris one month later that the baby is very healthy. She received a commemorative stork pin and a certificate from the county fire district in honor of her excellent service. A round of applause for your heroic deed, Kristin Sebris. May you and your coming baby be abundantly blessed by the Providence.

Coming up, French vegan food startup wins Innovation Challenge with plant-based pork fat substitute. We’ll pause for a moment to enjoy a traditional Japanese puppet theatre called Ningyo Johruri Bunraku, a UNESCO-recognized Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. It emerged in 17th century Japan as a combination of puppetry blended with a narrative style known as Johruri. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more thoughtful news. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Noble News for a Thriving World.

Unilever names French plant-based food startup as Innovation Challenge winner.

The competition was set up by the London, UK-based multinational company to identify ingredients and processing technologies that improve the taste, texture, affordability and sustainability of plant-based meat and dairy alternatives. The winner, France’s 77 Foods, has developed a plant-based product that closely resembles pork fat by using sunflower and canola oil as well as roots and algae. 77 Foods’ co-founder and CEO Nicolas Schweitzer noted, “It’s the only plant-based fat that you will find on the market that doesn’t melt when you heat it.” In a blind test, 92% of participants preferred the company’s plant-based bacon to its animal-based counterpart. Our hats off, 77 Foods, for your clever creation and Unilever for the acknowledgment. Through leading plant-based lives, may we all soon live in peaceful harmony with our animal friends in Divine glory.

Loyal dogs try to protect California man during snowstorm.

After the vehicle of 69-year-old David Deshon of Foresthill, California, USA, got stuck in a snowstorm, he and his two dog companions Baby Dog and Buddy tried to walk home. Sadly, Mr. Deshon passed away during the ordeal. The search team found Baby Dog on top of his cherished caregiver’s chest, attempting to keep him warm. Buddy had gone to a neighbor’s house to seek help by barking and scratching on the door. The two canines were then taken to Placer County Animal Services and provided with medical treatment. Buddy was later adopted by a man who wants to take good care of the senior dog. Baby Dog is now accompanying a woman who is dealing with cancer. Bravo, faithful Baby Dog and Buddy. May the soul of David Deshon rest serenely in God’s eternal embrace, as beloved Baby Dog and Buddy continue their noble mission of sharing love in Heaven’s immeasurable grace.

Let the worries of the world melt away. Join us for the joke of the day entitled, “After-College Aspiration.”

“So, what do you see yourself doing after college? Since you signed up for the history class, I guess you might do something related to history then?”

“Nah, I don’t like history.”

“Why is that?”

“There is no future in it.”

And now we have a heartline from Mary in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

Master, I had adopted an abused dog before. He ate a vegan diet and became very healthy. One time, after he died of old age, I saw an ocean of light in meditation and heard the broadcasting from Heaven saying that my dog had requested an English song named “Love Paradise” for me. The singing was overflowing in the ocean of light, very soft and beautiful. The lyrics are as below:

“You’re always on my mind All day just all the time You’re everything to me Brightest star to let me see… I pray to be with you through rain and shiny days I’ll love you Till I die Deep as sea Wide as sky The beauty of our love paints rainbows… In your arms I find my heaven In your eyes my sea and sky”

I was touched by the song for a long, long time. I’m so grateful that Master has initiated us into the Quan Yin Method so that we could connect with God through meditation and learn the wisdom imparted by Master both inside and outside. I’ve also understood that animals and plants are all very precious souls. We humans must love them and take care of them. Thank You, Master, and Supreme Master TV team for your unconditional devotion. I love you! Mary from Taiwan (Formosa)

Marvelous Mary, We are touched by the beautiful gesture of your beloved canine companion all the way from Heaven! It brings tears to our eyes hearing yet another story of how grateful and kind animals are to all who help them. May all humans awaken now and stop killing our helpers, so that we may also join them in Heavenly abodes hereafter.

Master has some words for you: “Compassionate Mary, my thanks for your benevolence towards other beings, especially to your loyal friend whom you rescued and cared for until old age. Your kindness will be returned manifold. Animals are some of the most beautiful angels in reality. I too am touched to tears often by their love and protectiveness. They watch over us in this realm with such unconditional love, though most humans have little idea about their inner and outer beauty. They are protectors of humans in truth, invisibly and visibly, even putting themselves in harm’s way to protect us, when it’s called for. But most humans know nothing of it for lack of understanding and inner connection, to the extent of harming or killing them! I meditate, cry and pray for them daily, for humans to wake up to their inner love and wisdom, to spare themselves and to know the real inner form of the animals, wild or domestic! May Buddha bless you and lively Taiwan (Formosa) forevermore.”
